Definition

Polypropylene (PP) copolymer container and heat-sealed cover. Designed for: impact resistance (-30degC to +60degC), acid resistance (70% H2SO4 at 70degC), and vibration. Features: ribbed walls for stiffness, internal plate supports, terminal bushings, hold-down provisions.

Construction & Design

Injection-molded PP. Cover heat-sealed to container (ultrasonic or hot-plate welding). Terminal bushings molded in place. B00 (top frame) or B13 (bottom rail) hold-down.
