Battery Council International — North American standard. Uses Group Numbers (Group 24, 27, 31, 35, 48/H6, 49/H8, 94R/H7). Terminals: SAE post or side terminal. Hold-down: various. BCI is the most different from JIS/DIN in terminal layout.
